Rose City will host 2014 Provincial Championships at the University of Windsor Field House- 1,200 plus athletes expected.

Rose City Gymnastics again hosted the Ontario Provincial championships. This time at the new St Clair SportsPlex. More than 1,300 athletes and 5,000 spectators were in attendance over 4 days. For the first time Acrobatics were included.
Lindsay Chia Attended the Canadian National Championships in Ottawa. She was part of the Ontario Gold medal Novice team. As well Lindsay won Bronze medals on the Vault and Beam events.
Rose City Gymnastics hosted the Ontario Provincial Championships at The University of Windsor. More than 1,100 athletes were in attendance.
Rose City is named Club of the year by Gymnastics Ontario.
Rose City Gymnastics was represented by 21 athletes at Provincial Championships bringing home 11 ribbons, 7 medals and 4 special awards. Lily Gates won Eastern Canadian Championships in Power Tumbling.
Jazz Roy wins Bronze medal in the all around competition at Eastern Canadian Championships.
Saw many successful athletes at the Provincial level and the recreational programs grew.
Melanie Sylvestre competed at the World Age Group Tumbling Championships and was named Best International Female Power Tumbler.
Tammy Thrasher (Lavigne) competed at the World Tumbling Championship
Michael Rosenberger (Ocampo) & Justin Osbourne went to Cirque Du Soleil.
Justin Osbourne, Tammy Thrasher (Lavigne), Melanie Sylvestre, Tracey Laframboise & Heather Kirk competed at World Age Group Tumbling Championships.

Throughout the 1990’s, Dan Lajoie and Ryan Lyons took Canada and the world by storm with their tumbling talents. Both ranked at various National and International Competitions including the World Power Tumbling Championships in South Africa.
Darren Bersuk competed Nationally and Internationally in Men’s Artistic Gymnastics.
Rose City moved into its current home at 4365 Division Road.
Special Needs athletes came from Northwood Public School.
An athlete was honoured as the Kinsmen Sports Person of the Year.
Rose City Gymnastics – Non-Profit Organization was created with its first board of dedicated parents.
They moved to a building on EC Row Expressway, where the male recreational program was added.
Seven coaches and competitive athletes moved their training facility to a warehouse on Lauzon Road.
The First Competitive Female team was formed. They trained out of the basement at CKLW radio station and at St. Clair College.
One coach and 15 female recreational gymnasts and tumblers began to train in the back yard and basement of the Rose Family home.
The idea behind Rose City Gymnastics began to form.
